Program Steps

Establish a summary diagnosisto identify the issues facing your company in this time of crisis. For example, do you have problems with human resources, management/administration, marketing, finance (operating fund, financing needs, etc.)? Do you need to rethink your business model?
Take part in a one-on-one interview to confirm your company’s needs and identify the most suitable form of support.
Consult with an expert (up to 12 hours*, free of charge) to pinpoint possible solutions and set up a game plan.

* Note: Issues involving the implementation of health measures are not eligible under this program.

Complementary Service

Program participants have the option of taking part in small group meetings

• Free of charge

• Based on your needs, as previously identified (e.g., finance, marketing, e-commerce)
To participate:

• You must be a registered member of the program.

• You must have completed steps 1 and 2 of the program (diagnosis and one-on-one interview).

Up to 12 hours of advice from an expert to help you find solutions to your needs and establish a game plan – all free of charge
Option of obtaining 2 hours of group support on common issues (e.g., finance, marketing,
e-commerce)
If the solutions proposed involve the need for financing, referral to the appropriate resources, such as Canada Economic Development

One-year membership in the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Laval
